Welcome to Tamreen App! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tamreen App, which connects trainers and trainees. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the app.

By using the Tamreen App, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Tamreen App provides a platform for trainers to offer their services and for trainees to find and book training sessions. We are not a party to the actual transactions between trainers and trainees. We simply provide the platform to facilitate these connections and transactions.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you are a trainer using the Tamreen App:

• You are responsible for the quality of your training services.
• You must have all necessary qualifications, certifications, and insurance to provide training services.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for setting your own fees and availability.
• You are responsible for accurately describing your services on the App.
• You agree to use the app to process payments from trainees, according to the agreed upon terms.

If you are a trainee using the Tamreen App:

• You are responsible for selecting a trainer that meets your needs and qualifications.
• You agree to pay the trainer for the training services according to the agreed-upon terms.
• You are responsible for communicating any specific needs or concerns to the trainer.
• You agree to use the app to process payments to trainers, according to the agreed upon terms.

The App facilitates payments between Trainers and Trainees.

• Trainees pay Trainers directly for services provided.
• We may charge a commission fee for transactions, as disclosed within the app.
• You agree to use the payment methods provided within the App.
• All transactions are processed through a third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for the security of these transactions, but we take reasonable steps to ensure the security of the payment process on our platform.
• Refund policies are determined by the Trainers, and should be clearly communicated to the Trainees.

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App's content without our express written consent.

Users may be able to post content to the App, such as profile information, reviews, and messages. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the right to post it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with the App.

You agree not to post any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. We have the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with the operation of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any trainers or trainees, or the quality of the services provided by trainers. Any agreements between trainers and trainees are solely between them.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
